The spacious living area is fully tiled with TV, DVD, video and Cable TV. Wireless broadband Internet facilities are also available in each townhouse. The laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer and there is single carport parking for each Townhouse. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and a private balcony off the master bedroom (overlooking the pool in most units). The units also have direct dial STD/ISD telephone facilities. All linen is supplied and the units are fully self-contained. Some disabled facilities are also available.
